    New 6-week family storytime! This program is geared for children up to age 5 with an adult. It is a 45 minute program perfect for families with several children of different ages. Stories and songs, no crafts. Registration is required.

    A fun co-ed group exercise class that combines strength training and cardio work in a variety of ways including drills, circuits, games, and interval training. Participants leave having completed a full-body workout each class.

She will guide you in mindful gentle movement with a step by step instruction for seated and walking mediation, for a full relaxing body scan!   3. Granite State Track & Field

    June 14, 2018, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM @ BMS/BHS Track Facility

    Open to youth ages 8-14, this program offers instruction in basic running events (sprints and distance), jumping and throwing. Children MUST be at least 8 years at the start of the program. Children ages 9-14 as of December 31, 2018 may compete in GS Track & Field District Meet where they can attempt to qualify for the NH State Meet.
