    New 6-week family storytime! This program is geared for children up to age 5 with an adult. It is a 45 minute program perfect for families with several children of different ages. Stories and songs, no crafts. Registration is required.

    Come s-t-r-e-t-c-h with us! Our yoga practice meets you where you are, and we’ll explore beginning to more experienced modifications from Kripalu Hatha Yoga, including Yin and Restorative Asanas, as well as Chi Kung healing for boosting immunity. We will stretch, strengthen & balance with a focus on mindful breathing and pranayama practice for stress reduction, relaxation, and equanimity.
