  1. Summer Lobster Bake Young At Heart Trip

    July 17, 2019, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM @ Foster's

    Join us in “paradise” for a “Lobster Luau.” On this day trip, you will be traveling to the scenic coast of Southern Maine. York, Maine is home to Foster’s Clambakes where you will enjoy a great show and a lobster dinner. Foster’s has been pleasing people for decades with their delicious food and efficient service. Your lunch is all steamed over a roaring wood fire for you to see, as well as live entertainment while you eat! A brief stop will be made at When Pigs Fly Bakery first. Next, get ready to enjoy the many talents of Jim Conners! Jim is a musician, singer, and comedian all rolled into one! Includes: Transportation, lobster bake, entertainment, prizes and contests, driver’s gratuity ($1 pp), dining room taxes and wait staff gratuities. *Foster’s is handicapped accessible, but not air conditioned.

  3. Body Blast

    July 17, 2019, 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM @ Bow Community Building

    Build your bones, strengthen and stretch your muscles in this 45-minute strength training program. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, this class is right for you as modifications are provided for various abilities. Instruction in self-myofascial release with a roller will be demonstrated for those who arrive early. You won't want to miss it! Bring a mat, small hand towel or kitchen towel, and a water bottle. Anyone 60 and older or those with a health risk will need a doctor's note to participate. ~ INSTRUCTOR: Michele Vecchione
