  3. Pilates Mat Class

    This Pilates program increases core strength, facilitates better breathing, uniformly develops muscles, builds physical and mental stamina, increases flexibility and improves posture. In this class you will learn the classical Pilates mat repertoire assisted props such as balls, rollers, and hand weights.   4. Yoga Fitness

    Come S-T-R-E-T-C-H with us! Our yoga practice meets you where you are, and we’ll explore beginning to more experienced modifications from Kripalu Hatha Yoga, including Yin and Restorative Asanas, as well as Qi Gong healing for boosting immunity.
